Poetry in the Park
From 9am on Sunday morning campfires, damper & billy tea are available at the Henry Lawson Obelisk - The exact site of Henry's birth. At 10am While the Billy Boils poetry recitations by two local poets will commence at the site. This is a great way to connect with the history behind Grenfell's Henry Lawson Festival. The Henry Lawson Obelisk is located 2 minutes south of Grenfell on the Young Rd, turn right into Lawson Drive and continue 1km.  |
